Meals to Lose Weight by: Mexican Salad
One thing I’ve eaten consistently on my diet is salads, but it’s easy to get bored with them. So here’s my favorite salad recipe that has lots of nutrients plus tastes yummo!
Ingredients:
- Romain Lettuce
- Shredded Carrots
- Yellow Bell Pepper (or red)
- Tomatoes
- Green Onions
- Corn
- Kidney Beans
- Ground Turkey flavored with taco seasoning (Optional)
Dressing:
- Lighthouse Lite Salsa Ranch
- Salsa
- shredded carrots
- mushrooms
- kidney or black beans
- garbanzo beans
- shredded rotisserie chicken
- crunched baked tortilla chips
- finely chopped green onions (not as strong as the regular onions)
- shredded cabbage
- walnuts
