Shopping for IMATS and a Quick Update :)

Hi Makeup Geeks!

I’m SO sorry for neglecting my personal blog for a bit, but it’s been insanely busy traveling to Michigan and Toronto as well as catching up on taping videos.  I’ve been working on new products for the Makeup Geek line as well as prepping for our first booth at IMATS this January!

What’s coming up soon??!!  Eyeshadow palettes, new sleek brushes, new eyeshadow colors, AND hopefully lipglosses :)  (lipglosses aren’t in production yet- still working on the samples)  OH, ANNNNND!!!  new office space for me and my California staff!  I’ll tape a video on it next month once we get moved in!

Anyways, I wanted to share some pictures with you from my shopping trip for IMATS.  Odette is heading up this massive project, so we both went shopping as we’re doing a DIY design for our booth.  (I can’t share the details yet as it’s super secret ;) )  We headed to Joann’s to get some bedding and foam, and as you can tell our shopping cart is SUPER full…

We must have spent at least 2 hours in the store hauling a bunch of stuff- me knocking over everything in the aisles while pushing the cart around.  SO embawessing.   Then I climbed the ladder to get our pile of foam before heading out to shove it in the car.  Odette holds it down while I slam the trunk, then it’s my drive home with my car jammed pack. I swear I looked like a homeless person living in my car with all that batting, material, and what not- haha!

I’ll keep you guys updated soon with the IMATS plans- I’ll give you sneak peeks on everything too :)

I hope you all are doing great and are enjoying the cool weather!  I cannot wait for the holidays- woot woot!!!
